The 360-degree coaching you’ll get at CrossFit 1080 in CrossFit, Olympic Lifting, and Endurance Training starts here.   • CrossFit

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

  • Torque Barbell

    Torque Barbell is our USA Weightlifting club for competitive weightlifters. It focuses on improving the technical execution and strength of the snatch, clean & jerk and related lifts to improve explosiveness, strength, and coordination. In each training session, athletes can expect to snatch or clean & jerk, perform a variation of the squat, deadlift or press, and take on other supplemental exercises for the Olympic lifts.

  • CrossFit Weightlifting

    Itching to compete? Then our CrossFit Weightlifting program is for you. This course concentrates on improving the more advanced strength movements and skills needed in Olympic Weightlifting and CrossFit competitions.

  • Personal Training

    In today’s busy world, it’s hard to find the time to get regular exercise. So it’s important to make the most of the time you have. CrossFit 1080 offers a wide range of personal workout programs to help you achieve your ideal body. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.

  • QuickFit

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” but minus the barbells and taking it down to bear bones.  This is a 30 minute class, usalling all of the quick, high energy workouts. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! Just like CrossFit we scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

  • Components

    The Components Course is designed to set you up for success in a safe and confident environment prior to entering our regular classes. In this class, you’ll learn what CrossFit is and why it’s a great way to get you fit for life and other endeavors. This class (which is required for everyone who has never tried CrossFit before) teaches you all the basics to get you ready for the intensity of CrossFit. Come prepared to learn new skills and sweat.

  • TorqueFit

    This high-energy class combines cycling and/or running with a strength circuit for a total body workout. We typically incorporate various exercises at lower weights and higher repetitions. The “bursts” of high-intensity work in short duration raise your heart rate for small periods. Although the focus of TorqueFit is on endurance, this class will train all the energy systems of your body.

  • Kettlebells

    The TRX® Suspension Trainer utilizes your own bodyweight to increase strength and mobility while building a strong core. Kettlebell training is different from other forms of weight training because many parts of the body are exercised simultaneously. Expect to get your heart rate up in this class for effective cardiovascular training and muscle building.

  • Bootcamp

    Our Bootcamp is designed to deliver a total body workout and increase your overall fitness faster. Bootcamp workouts do not incorporate heavy strength training or barbell work like our regular CrossFit classes. Instead we focus on things like box jumps, jump rope, sit-ups, push-ups, air squats and more. And of course, we always scale your individual workout to your needs for a perfect fit. This program is perfect for the beginner level but even an intermediate or advanced athlete would still benefit!

  • Strongman

    The Strongman program is designed for athletes looking to fix structural imbalances and tackle weaknesses. The program focuses on corrective exercises, stability work and building structural balance to maximize each athlete’s training potential.

  • Cycle Endurance

    This 100% bike class combines speed, power and variability of intensity by manipulating the tension and leg speed. You’ll “travel” through the four heart rate zones throughout your ride, with the emphasis on the aerobic range. Classes range from 50 to 75 minutes in length.

  • Torque Power

    Torque Power focuses on improving the technical execution an strength of the Back Squat, Deadlift and Bench Press.  Programming is focused on improving absolute strength in the three main lifts. This program is intended to improve strength necessary for any athlete to compete in Powerlifting or other sport.

  • Gymnastics

    Build strength, coordination, balance and flexibility in our Gymnastics class! If you want to build your core, there’s no better (or more exhilarating) was to do it than with gymnastics. Holding yourself upside down, flipping, using rings and bars and all the other fun things we do in class will help you gain the superhuman strength gymnasts are famous for.

  • Yoga

    Yoga is a great complement to our CrossFit training because yoga helps increase strength, mobility, flexibility, and balance — all things you’ll need to get the most out of your CrossFit workouts! Enjoy the mind-body connection that yoga brings so you can tune in to your body and relax your mind.

  • Mobility

    Learn to “stretch with purpose” in our mobility classes. This class is designed to help you improve mechanics and perform basic maintenance on yourself – including recovering from high-intensity workouts, managing soreness and achieving better positioning. Discover the powers of foam rolling, self-myofascial release, PNF, trigger points, self- massage, stretch band work and more to become a better athlete.

  • StayFit

    This program is for those who want to continue their fitness journey with the experience of an overall Program that adheres to the athletes abilities.  Each 1-hour class, you could be doing strength work along with other movements such as pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more.  There is also a nutrition aspect to the program to where we discuss meal prep, counting macros and living an overall lifestyle!
