Homemade Grain Free Granola
We have this around all the time because I can control the sugar and what’s in it!!
Pure maple syrup, pure honey, coc oil, 1 egg white. You can use almond or vanilla extract too. Pour over any kind of nuts you like, I use walnuts, almonds, cashews, pepitos, sunflower seeds, unsweetened shredded coconut, dates, craisins, and one of the best tips is toasted sesame seeds!!!!! If you like clumps press onto baking sheet and bake at 375 for 20 minutes remove and don’t break apart until cooled. So yummy on yogurt or with almond milk!
