Greg & Lesley’s Everyday Pancake

Everyday PancakeGreg and I try to eat “thoughtfully” and we are by no means experts…..we’ve been asked frequently to share a little about our diet in the hopes that it might inspire others to reach goals they thought were not possible. Eating right IS possible!! I will post occasionally things that we do in our kitchen. Our Everyday Pancake!!


2 eggs (yes yolks)
1/4 tsp turmeric (use in many recipes because of health benefits)
dash of cinnamon
honey (tsp)
1/2 mashed banana (or blueberries)
1/2 c old fashioned oats
Mix together. Coat fry pan w coconut oil or butter (we use butter), brown on both sides, serve with pure maple syrup or nothing! Bam!!!!!
